I regret to have to report Principal Warder Sinnott for again being under the influence of liquor when for

Dr. Moore (see port duty. I attach the notes of evidence.

there can be no doubt that he was under the influence of drink as charged, and recommend that he be summarily dismissed under

Rule 101 of the Gaol Regulations.
